About our ticket based Customer Service Center
Our ticket based Customer Service Center organizes and greatly reduces response time for customer service requests to our customers and potential customers.
A new ticket can be obtained by submitting a customer service ticket from
this Customer Service Center.
Using this Customer Service Center, you can also respond to and review past tickets.
Once a ticket has been opened, you will be sent and email containing your ticket number and a few other bits of information. All customer service answers will be
sent to the email address entered. If you need to reply back to the email, make sure you leave the ticket number in the subject of the email, and please refrain from
quoting the email message.
All tickets sent by email will be issued a password for you to login and review the ticket. The same goes for
web based tickets submitted without a username. Once (or if) a customer service represenitive assigns a username to a
ticket the password can no longer be used to review the ticket. To review the ticket you must login via the Client Area,
the proceed to this Customer Service Center where you will see a complete list of tickets assigned to your username.
- An open ticket is a ticket that is still awaiting a reply or further action
from a customer service represenative.
- A closed ticket in one that a respresentative has replied to, and is now considered
completed or is awaiting a response from the party that sent the ticket.
-
A locked ticket is a ticket that can not be re-opened or commented on by you the user.
Replying to a closed ticket will reopen it.
Unless directly related to the original ticket problem,
please do not open a closed ticket, instead submit another ticket request.
